My favourite thing about Kevin is...
Always ready to walk, play, cuddle, etc just wants to make us happy. Others say they are greedy but Kevin is not and very good around food. Very gentle with children and after a while will take himself away if children get to loud, would never react.
The biggest challenge with Kevin is...
Eats everything he shouldn’t - soft furnishings, tea towels and socks are his favourites. In lead walking he can pull a lot on the lead. Very excited to be around other dogs can get distracted from my commands and chose play instead.
The most surprising thing about owning a Labrador Retriever is...
Loves to have a job - collecting the post, taking recycling to the correct bins, bringing in the shopping from the car.
What I wish I’d known about Labrador Retrievers is...
Kevin is a very healthy weight for his size (not over weight). But is over 43kg although his mum is only 28kg. So a lot bigger than expected!
