Who is the promoter of the promotion?

Who can participate in the promotion?

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands who are aged 18 and over.

Who is excluded from participating in the promotion?

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion are excluded.

What is required to enter the promotion?

To enter, participants must purchase a promotional pack and retain a valid till receipt or a copy of an online order showing the purchase within the promotion period.

Do I need internet access to participate?

Yes, internet access to visit https://www.purina.co.uk/bakerswin or a smart device with internet access & QR code reader capability are required.

How many entries can I submit?

There is a maximum of one draw prize per person during the promotional period, one daily draw entry per person per day, and one daily entry per person per day during the Mop-Up draw period.

Are bulk entries accepted?

No, bulk entries or entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties, or syndicates will not be accepted.

What happens if I try to circumvent the rules?

Any participant found attempting to circumvent the rules will be disqualified from the promotion.

What are the dates for the main promotion?

The main promotion will run from 00:01 on 8th April 2025 to 23:59 on 6th July 2025.

Will there be daily draws?

Yes, there will be daily draws for a chance to win a £/€5 cash prize, with 11 winners each day, including 2 for the Republic of Ireland.

Is there a Mop-Up draw?

Yes, there will be a Mop-Up draw for entries received between 00:00 on 7th July 2025 and 23:59 on 4th August 2025, with the draw taking place on 7th August 2025.

How can I win during the main promotion?

You can win via a daily cash prize draw or via weekly draw for a Beach Getaway (1 or 2 prizes per week, dependent on date). ROI will have one overall draw for a beach getaway at the end of the promotion.

How do I enter the daily prize draw?

To enter, purchase a participating BAKERS promotional pack, scan the QR code on the pack, or on digital and in-store POS materials, select your country, enter your details, and confirm your age.

What prizes are available?

Each day, there will be 11 x £5 cash prizes (in the UK) and 2 x €5 cash prizes available (in ROI).
In total there are 20 Beach Getaway prizes (United Kingdom) or 1 Beach Getaway Prize (Republic of Ireland).

How will the winners be notified?

Winners will be notified via email within 2 working days after the draw.

What do I need to do if I win?

Winners must retain the till receipt/proof of online order to claim their prize.

What identification is required to claim a prize?

Winners must provide proof of ID, including date of birth, alongside proof of purchase.

How many total prizes are available during the promotional period?

There are a total of 20 (UK) / 1 (ROI) Beach Getaway prizes available, including 1012 cash prizes of £5/€5.

What if I receive a substitute product when shopping online?

If you receive a substitute product, please keep proof of purchase, you may still be able to enter the promotion at the discretion of the Promoter.

Can I enter the promotion if I live outside the UK and Ireland?

No, the promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

How will I know if my entry has been successful?

All valid entrants will receive online confirmation that they have been entered into the daily draw after scanning the QR code and completing the entry form.

Will I be entered into the daily prize draw and the Beach Getaway prize draw simultaneously?

Yes, participants will be entered into both the daily prize draw and the weekly Beach Getaway prize draw.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues while entering?

The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons. However, you may try to re-enter or contact customer support for assistance.

Are there any restrictions on how I can use my prize?

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.

How long do I have to claim my prize once notified?

Winners must complete the claims process within 14 days of the initial notification date to receive their prize.

What if I cannot be contacted after winning?

For the Beach Getaway prize: winners will be notified via the email provided upon entry. Two more email reminder attempts will then be made. If a winner cannot be contacted after 14 days, they will be disqualified and lose their entitlement to the prize. A reserve winner may then be chosen from the reserves selected as next in line.
For the Cash prize: winners will be notified once of their win via the email provided upon entry. If a winner cannot be contacted after 14 days, they will be disqualified and lose their entitlement to the prize. A reserve winner may then be chosen from the reserves selected as next in line.

Will my personal information be shared?

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Details of verified winners may be available upon request.

Can I enter the promotion multiple times?

You can enter multiple times, but you must follow the entry requirements for each entry, including purchasing a promotional pack and retaining proof of purchase.
