
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. The promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18+ only
2. The promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
3. Purchase of a promotional pack, and a valid till receipt or copy of online order showing the purchase of a promotional pack before the date of entry and within the stated promotion period are necessary for each entry. Pack and valid till receipt or copy of online order must be retained. For the in pack win part of the promotion, participants should check the contents of the pack for a potential winning golden coloured paw ticket. For the daily prize draw, scan the QR code to enter.
4. Internet access and a smart device with QR code reader capability is required.
5. There is a maximum of one (1) draw prize per person during the total promotional period (including in the Mop Up period) . There is a maximum of one (1) daily draw entry per person per day across the main promotional period. There is a maximum of one (1) daily entry per person per day across the Mop-Up draw period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details, previously used receipts or proof of purchase from packs not intended for use in this promotion will be disqualified.
6. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force, or any other automated means, that person’s entry(ies) will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
7. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with this entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
8. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
Promotional Period
9. The main promotion will open at 00:00 on 6th January 2025 and close at 23:59 on 3rd May 2025.
10. There will be daily draws for a chance to win a £/€10 cash prize (11 winners per day, including one (1) for Republic of Ireland) from all valid entries received on the relevant day (no entries will be carried forward). The draw will take place on the next working day.
11. After the main promotion, for any entry received between 00:00 on 4th May 2025 and 23:59 on 6th June 2025 there will still be an opportunity to win one £/€10 cash prize in a Mop Up draw only. This Mop Up draw will take place on 9th June 2025 and the winner will be notified within seven (7) standard working days of the draw by email.
12. In addition, the ‘Find A Golden Paw ticket’ aspect of the promotion opens at the times stated above . However, due to the nature of the promotion (i.e., which involves finding of special Golden Paw tickets which are limited in number), and the independent random distribution of these special Golden Paw tickets, some of the 51 special Golden Paw tickets may be won after the main promotional period, therefore the final date for the claim of any Golden Paw tickets found is 23:59 on 30th September 2025.
Entry Requirements
13. Within this promotion there are two opportunities to win available for entries received during the main promotion:–
i) Via a daily prize draw - one prize win available. There are 11 individual prizes available (including one per day available in ROI) each day for 118 days, so 1298 prizes available to be won in total (including 118 available for ROI) during the main promotion.
ii) And/or via the finding of a genuine, unique “Golden Paw” ticket in one of the lucky promotional packs. 51 available to be found.
Prize Draw
14. To enter for a chance to win one prize in a daily draw, participants must during the main promotion period:
a. Purchase a participating FELIX Irresistibly Tasty promotional pack for each entry, subject to availability, whilst stocks last (see Clause below for participating products).
b. Scan the QR code on the pack or visit https://www.purina.co.uk/felixwin.
c. Select the country they are from and enter their details (first name, last name, email address and county of residence ), confirm the statement regarding age via a tickbox, and whether they wish to opt in to marketing activity.
d. All valid entrants will receive online confirmation that they have been entered into the daily draw and the daily winners only be contacted within seven (7) working days after the draw has been made as specified if they are a winner.
In Pack Promotion
15. Golden Paw tickets have been securely and randomly allocated by an independently verified process across participating promotional packs. As all prizes have been allocated randomly, not all pack flavours in all retail outlets may have a winning ticket. Also, whilst all prizes are available to be won, not all winning Golden Paw tickets may be found or claimed. Any prizes not claimed within the stated period will become void and removed from the promotion.
16. There are 51 prizes available to be won by purchasing then opening a promotional pack of FELIX ‘Find A Golden Paw ticket’ promotion. Winning packs contain a special Golden Paw ticket inside. Winners will be required to follow the instructions on their Golden Paw ticket to claim their prize. Golden Paw ticket winners must retain the promotional pack and till receipt/online order as proof of purchase. It will be the winner’s responsibility to keep their ticket safe until the claims process and verification have been completed. The winners acknowledge and accept that the Promoter cannot he held responsible for any winning tickets that are lost, damaged, stolen or defaced prior to submission.

Mop Up Draw
18. For the Mop Up prize draw, the entry process will be as the main promotion daily prize draws above. The Mop Up prize draw will be drawn from all valid entries entered during the Mop-Up period, 04/05/2025 – 06/06/2025, using the same entry instructions and draw process as the daily prize draw. The Mop Up prize draw will take place within two (2) standard working days of the draw closing date.
Prize Details
19. For the daily prize draws there will be the following prizes available to be won each day:

20. In the Mop up draw there will be one £/€10 prize, plus any prizes not won from the daily draws.
21. There are also 51 winning Golden Paw ticket prizes available to be won (50 in UK and 1 in ROI), in pack (each genuine, valid Golden Paw ticket is worth £1000 or €1000).
22. So, in total 129 9 £/€10 cash prizes, plus 50 x £1000 and 1 x €1000 cash prizes available to be won across the duration of the total promotional period. 1350 prizes available to be won
23. All prize winners will be paid by BACS to the UK or ROI bank account of the winner only.
Winner selection and notification
Prize Draws
24. The daily winners will be randomly selected from all genuine, valid entries (with a ROI draw taking place from all ROI entries) via an independently verified computer generated process . The daily prize draw will take place the next working day from all relevant entries. There will be 11 prizes available each day, including a draw for the Republic of Ireland only and the winners will be notified within seven (7) standard working days of the prize draw.
25. The winners only will be notified within the period specified, via email to the email address provided on entry, to confirm the claims process. This claims process, details of which they will receive initially by email, must be completed within 14 days of the initial notification date in order for the winner to receive their prize. The claimant’s full name, home address and their bank details will be requested via a secure link to fulfil the prize. Once valid claim has taken place and the winner has been verified, the prize will be transferred within 28 days.
26. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, however, if any winner cannot be contacted after 14 days of the original notification and after three attempts, or if the selected winner is ineligible, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up their prize for any other reason, they shall be disqualified and will lose their entitlement to the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve winner from the reserves selected as next in line at the time of the initial prize allocation using the same methodology. In the event of a need to contact a reserve, this will continue/be repeated until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize, or after two (2) reserves have been tried.
27. The Mop Up prize winner will be selected from valid entries in the Mop Up period two days after the closing date. The prize draw and claims process will follow the same procedures as detailed above for the daily winners.
In pack Promotion
28. When a winning ticket is found, the winner is required to call the winners’ freephone telephone number featured on the winning ticket/label for further information on how to claim their prize.
29. Winners should retain the unique winners’ code on the Golden Paw ticket itself and further details from the purchased product, plus proof of purchase to claim the prize. Winners must contact the winners’ hotline by 23:59 on 30/09/2025 latest. Thereafter, the prize claim will become void, and the potential winner will forfeit the prize.
30. Winners will be required to securely provide the Promoter with their full address , proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent for of ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth), purchased pack,the unique winner code from the Golden Paw Ticket, details from the pack including the best before date, production code found on side of pack, plus retailer purchased from and its location and the actual proof of purchase for verification.
31. Photocopies of the original winning ticket and proof of purchase will not be accepted, and the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any winning ticket/label or proof of purchase found on receipt by the Promoter to be damaged or defaced so that claim verification is not possible.
Winners should take a photograph of both sides of the winning ticket together with their proof of purchase for their own reference.
32. When a full address has been provided, a prepaid envelope will be sent on the same day to the winners. The original winning ticket and proof of purchase must be sent by the winners and received by the Promoter via the envelope provided within 28 days of the winner contacting the Promoter in accordance with the prize redemption instructions discussed.
33. Prize redemption will be subject to a full verification process by an independent third party . The Promoter shall be entitled to disregard any invalid, incomplete, un-substantiated, fraudulent entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and to disqualify the entrant from the Promotion.
34. If a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules/Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.
35. On successful verification and validation of a genuine win, the winners will be informed of when their cash prize will be transferred by BACS which will occur within 28 days of the receipt of the relevant valid bank details and winning items.
36. Consumers who select a participating promotional product as part of an online shop, but who receive a substitute product(s) in their order should contact the Purina Consumer Services team either by email at: petcareteam@purina.nestle.com , or by telephone on Freephone 0800 212161. Providing the user can provide proof of purchase, and proof of substitution, the consumer may still be able to enter the promotion at the discretion of the Promoter.
37. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or entries received outside any promotional period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
General
38. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information including bank details which affects prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
39. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
40. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
41. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
• Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
• Any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, or the website, or any combination thereof.
42. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
43. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
44. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
45. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for receipt/proof of purchase, promotional pack home address and proof of identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or drivers licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
46. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.
47. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the surname, county of residence, and details of prize of the verified £/€ 1000 winners will be available upon request by sending an email to petcareteam@purina.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: Find the Golden Paw £/€1000 winners”, for a period of three (3) months following the end of the claim period. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Purina Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, all winners will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname, county, and prize type used for marketing purposes. If any winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing petcareteam@purina.nestle.com with the subject line ‘FELIX Find the Golden Paw £/€1000 winners”’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
48. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
49. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
50. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
51. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
Data Protection
52. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of verified winners will be made available as set out in clause above and winners can object to this by emailing: petcareteam@purina.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the main promotion end date, Mop Up draw period end date and the final date for claiming in pack win prizes with the exception of the winners and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
