Feeding guide

Feeding guide

The suggested daily food intake for weight loss is based on the cat’s current weight, average caloric requirements and a desired weight loss of 1% of body weight per week. Daily food intake should be adjusted every 2-4 weeks after reweighing. PURINA PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS OM Obesity Management should be fed for the duration of weight loss until target weight is reached, but can also be fed long term for cats prone to weight gain using the maintenance feeding quantities to minimise the risk of rebound weight gain.
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.
