5. Devon Rex

Often confused with their close relatives the Cornish Rex, the Devon Rex possesses the same genetic makeup. On average they only weigh between 5 - 10 pounds and have a soft coat, small stature, big ears and large round eyes which gives them an almost pixie-like appearance.

Despite having a long body, Siamese cats are incredibly lightweight. Females can weigh as little as 5 pounds and are around 30cm in height, giving them a sleek and athletic appearance.
