What if there’s a pouch of food missing?
If your multipack is missing a pouch, find out what to do here.
We pack our boxes in two different ways: either mechanically or by hand. Occasionally, things don’t go quite right and its important you let us know.
Please get in touch here with the following information:
- The name of the multipack (ie Felix As Good As It Looks ocean Feasts or Gourmet Perle Chefs collection)
- The pack size
- The missing flavour/s
- The batch code from the outer box (this is not the bar code)
This information will get passed to the Quality Assurance team to help prevent future slip-ups.
