Greetings from Lena
Anatolian Shepherd Dog & Golden Retriever, 2 years old
She came from Claws and Paws Animal Rescue.
My favourite thing about Lena is...
When you say the word “Cuddles!’ she leaps on the sofa and waits for a cuddle! She has quite a following on social media as #spamdog
The biggest challenge with Lena is...
Lena was rescued from Bosnia, she is very friendly when she has accepted you in her inner circle, but she has very strong guarding instincts. She also likes chewing socks.
The most surprising thing about owning a Anatolian Shepherd Dog & Golden Retriever is...
She actually is a Croatian/Carpathian Shepherd dog, but these didn’t come up on the list. The most surprising thing is her very strong guarding instinct.
What I wish I’d known about Anatolian Shepherd Dogs & Golden Retrievers is...
She acts on instinct above all else and because of this there have been some training issues.
