Get to Know Milo
Borzoi, 4 years old
He came from Birmingham Dogs Home .
My favourite thing about Milo is...
He is a big lad and he can give you big hugs, he loves butterflies and will stand on his back legs like a horse to get a better look at anything he can see, but if you have an apple tree he will get the apple's and run around so you can't catch him, he will flop his paw on you to keep you close for love, there is so much love in him, our grandchildren love him too.
The biggest challenge with Milo is...
His barking, but he's a good guard dog, cats and cars are his favorite, he is Milo because he can go for miles.
The most surprising thing about owning a Borzoi is...
We are not sure if he is a Borzoi, but looks like he could be. He is a big dog and he is the biggest kid I have ever had, he is so dopey at times.

Captain E J Smith of the RMS Titanic, had a Borzoi called Ben who was famously photographed with him on desk before the ill-feted ship set sail. Thankfully for Ben, he didn’t stay for the voyage.
