Chow Chow, 5 years old
My favourite thing about Zeus is...
His laid back attitude. He is so laid back that he doesn't bother with my kids which is brilliant as my eldest is autistic and Zeus almost senced that from the get go and he gives him his space, but is happy to entertain my youngest who is interested. He's always on standby at the highchairs for snacks. On walks he is super lazy to the point in the snow he like to be dragged while he eats it.
The biggest challenge with Zeus is...
Getting him to not snif every blade of grass on a walk
The most surprising thing about owning a Chow Chow is...
How kind, gentle and sweet they are as a breed. I read they are horrible with kids and are vicious. Far from it he is a gentle giant
What I wish I’d known about Chow Chows is...
Don't be expecting to loose weight on long walks as I said every blade of grass needs sniffing it takes 40 mins to go 4 meters
