My favourite thing about Bela is...
loves everybody especially children and my 2 year old granddaughter. She is highly intelligent. Can open all doors even front/back door. Trained her to ring bells to go potty and she figured it out in 5 minutes, then continued to persistently ring them to get out!
The biggest challenge with Bela is...
she is very reactive to other dogs, due to her breeding (puppy farm). She obviously had to be dominant to get get attention.
The most surprising thing about owning a German Shepherd Dog is...
the intelligence, you cant get anything by them :) You have to keep them amused / have a purpose.
What I wish I’d known about German Shepherd Dogs is...
having always owned them I knew what I was getting myself into. But has been made more difficult because of bad breeding.
