Say Hi to Bear
Golden Retriever, 5 Months old
My favourite thing about Bear is...
He has to carry something for you everywhere we go, when he rests his head or paw on you, how gentle and friendly he is with people and other dogs, how excited he gets to greet you, how he makes funny noises when he sleeps, his gorgeous floppy ears and big brown eyes and how his made us so much more happier and active as a family.
The biggest challenge with Bear is...
Not grabbing food off the kitchen counter, not chewing my flip flops to bits, not growling at the foxes outside and waking us all up and his still weeing everywhere at that moment too!!
The most surprising thing about owning a Golden Retriever is...
They are so clever, don’t forget anything, have an amazing memory, will always wake when the fridge door opens and how loving and how loving they are with every animal (except foxes)
What I wish I’d known about Golden Retrievers is...
How strong they are, stubborn and how loud their bark is !!
