My favourite thing about Coco is...
Coco has the most gorgeous puppy eyes and cute stare! She’s very clever and will let you know when it’s walk time! She is very sociable and LOVES other dogs; and wants to meet them all on walks (even though some dogs don’t want to meet her at times!) she is very friendly! Her nose has been changing colour recently from black to pink and back to black; it called ‘snow nose’ apparently!
The biggest challenge with Coco is...
Coco is so friendly and wants to meet everyone and every dog which is a lovely trait but she has extra strength and can pull on the lead to meet another dog! Her strength has sometimes been challenging! I owned a Retiever before and she didn’t have this super power strength like Coco!
The most surprising thing about owning a Golden Retriever is...
The way they retrieve! It’s all in the name! They are also very fast runners and I have found with Coco that this breed can be extremely strong! You also can’t beat their beautiful ‘smile’ retriever’s definitely smile and are very happy beings that love to please their owners!
What I wish I’d known about Golden Retrievers is...
I have owned a retriever before so I knew the breed well. However…I have found out that ‘every dog is unique and different’. Yes retrievers share traits, however, personalities can differ and the shape of retrievers are most definitely different!
