She came from Greyhound Trust West Scotland .
My favourite thing about Zara is...
She is a happy. puppy-like girl who loves her walks and life in general. She lives with two other greyhounds and loved all dogs and people. She welcomes all foster dogs with open paws.She is great with all the children in the family and those she meets on her walks.
The biggest challenge with Zara is...
She loves to sniff, so walks last a while!
The most surprising thing about owning a Greyhound is...
How much they love their beds! One bed is never enough for a greyhound. They will take as much exercise as you give them. They are sprinters, so need time to build endurance. They do not need to sprint. They can live with small furries. Zara has two bunny sisters!
What I wish I’d known about Greyhounds is...
How laid back they are. They are intelligent and easy to train. Zara can be off-lead and doesn’t run away, or chase anything!
