Come and meet Angus
Labrador Retriever, 12 Weeks old
My favourite thing about Angus is...
He is absolutely beautiful. His gorgeous sleek coat, his adorable brown eyes. I'm blown away by his natural beauty. He loves cuddles and is very contented sitting next to me in the mornings as I have my coffee. He being only 12 weeks has responded fantastically to his name and basic commands such as come, sit, paw, down. Loves the garden! He's been a joy and has filled my heart with so much love.
The biggest challenge with Angus is...
The excited puppy nipping especially around the kids ( age 1, 3, 4) but very quickly responded to off and no and was a joy and relief to have him around the kids. He took a while to get used to toilets and garden and didn't seem to know what to do.
The most surprising thing about owning a Labrador Retriever is...
Their beauty! And also my black lab was basically invisible in pictures 🤣
What I wish I’d known about Labrador Retrievers is...
I did my research. Not much although later on life issues such as joint problems always seems to come up.
Did you know?
Labradors have turned their paw to a whole host of dog careers, including: drug and explosive detection, search and rescue and even guide dogs!
