Normally my cat is not a fan of dry food as she struggles to chew the large pieces. Purina has smaller pieces so they were easier for her to chew and she really enjoyed them, coming back for more and more
My cat Maisy, is a fussy cat when it comes to food whether wet or dry. She will like something today and then not tomorrow.
However this Pro-Plan ® Adult 7+ Sterilised LONGEVIS Turkey Dry Cat Food was not like this I would put out a small bowl and she eats it day after day.
Their is no obvious smell you get from this dry cat food like unlike others and they seem suitably crunchie.
I put these down in a shared bowl that 2 out of 3 of my cats eat from.my aim was for my 11 year old female cat to enjoy them and she has a more sensitive stomach than my others buy to my xomplete shock my 12 year old stomatitis suffering cat was munching away happily on these.he had all his teeth removed except his fangs and hasn't been able to snack on hard food for nearly 3 years! He's lost a lit of weight through the stomatitis and he's also fiv+ buy to see him filling his face with these set my heart on fire,purina definitely have a new customer in me,they may be a bit pricey buy its definitely worth it to see my old boy chomping away 😀
We would defiantly recommend this to others. My cat Fred loved them straight away and wolfed the first bowl down very quickly.
Fred is 19 this year and sometimes has problems eating biscuits due to having a lot of his teeth removed but the biscuits were quite small in size which was great for him.
Now when I put wet food and these down, he goes straight to PRO PLAN® Adult 7+ Sterilised LONGEVIS Turkey Dry Cat Food.
