The BAKERS story begins way back in 1851 when Edward Baker set up a family flour business. Fast forward to 1991 when BAKERS Complete was launched, because Edward Baker believed that dry dog food should be every bit as tasty as it is nutritious.

Our recipe has been made with a variety of tender* meaty chunks & wholegrains for quality, tasty goodness. Each meal contains the everyday nutrients your dog needs to get on with all the playful & cheeky things that happy & healthy BAKERS dogs do!

*Softness varying with time.

My Peppers not a fan ☹️
1/5

So that’s a trial isn’t going particularly well unfortunately it seems Pepper can take or leave the bakers beef and veg and when offered would choose her original food. She seems to like the meaty chunks but is pretty disinterested in the biscuits, this could be because they’re much bigger than her original food I don’t know she can’t tell me but as video shows she’s not bothered by new food or changes to diet. Not a massive wet food fan I thought this would be an opportunity for her to try different brand with possibility of liking wet food but it seems that Pepper isn’t a wet food kinda dog unless it’s pet mince or similar she wasn’t even willing to try the pouch of duck stew she smelt it and walked away.
Afraid this trial is going to continue to be negative unfortunately

Bakers complete Adult
4/5

Beef with country vegetable complete adult dried food. Have previously been concerned about the colours within the product as it looks more appetising than other dried food. The packaging explains that there are no artificial colours flavours or preservatives which is very important to me when feeding my dog. The food looks very appealing to the eye as it follows the colours we would have on our plate. The variety of meaty chunks, grains and vegetables gives my dog a full balanced meal. The added vitemins and minerals are balanced and all a benefit as my dog is now 9 years old so the constituents are well suited to her.

She likes the food and clears her bowl each meal time which shows she is enjoying it as she can be a fussy eater

None left in the bowl!
5/5

Rolo also loves the dry food from Bakers! She likes dry food anyway as this was preferred as a pup. She clears her bowl every time. Thanks bakers!

The dog liked it!
4/5

My dog, a 3 year old labradoodle seemed to enjoy this biscuit. He ate it quicker than his normal food, so I was happy to see that. The biscuits are a bit bigger than he’s used to, but that didn’t seem to bother him too much. I always add a bit of wet food to his dry biscuits to add more flavour to his meal, so that’s what I continued to do here, using the bakers gravy classics. Each meal has been eaten in its entirety. Overall it was a decent product, and if there are other flavours available, I’m sure he’d love try those too!
