Pip loves picking up dry biscuits and tossing them about kitchen , but not this time letting them all in one sitting , loving the bakers dry mix
After reading Bakers had changed their recipe I wanted to give them a try so I signed up for the Insiders trial. I'm sorry to say I'm not overly impressed with the nutritional content/ingredients. Although it has improved from the old recipe, the primary ingredients are still cereals. Normally I keep my dog grain free (personal choice as I have a terrier, not necessity) and so I'm also disappointed this isn't an option in the Bakers range. My dog doesnt exactly go mad for the dry food either, he only eats it if I mix a pouch of wet food in.
My little Jack Russell love this dry food. I feed her this during the day so she can eat it when she likes, she usually eats the soft chunky bits first the by early afternoon its all gone . It always looks appertizing with the small multi coloured pieces.. I feel that she is getting all the vitemins she needs from this food
Dixie is known to be very fussy when it comes to complete dry foods, she normally picks bits out that she doesn't like and leaves them all over the floor. Not any more, her bowl of Bakers is all eaten and the bowl licked spotlessly clean, she gets really excited when it's feeding time and has started doing a little dance. I have already been and stocked up on more for her.
