The BAKERS story begins way back in 1851 when Edward Baker set up a family flour business. Fast forward to 1991 when BAKERS Complete was launched, because Edward Baker believed that dry dog food should be every bit as tasty as it is nutritious.

Our recipe has been made with a variety of tender* meaty chunks & wholegrains for quality, tasty goodness. Each meal contains the every day nutrients your small dog needs to get on with all the playful & cheeky things that happy & healthy BAKERS dogs do!

My girls won't touch it
2/5

Well, I'm really sad my girls won't eat this biscuit. I've tried it on several different occasions and they just leave it in their bowls. I find it strange that neither of them like it. I gave it to them so it was all the dry food they had but as they wouldn't eat it I was worried they were going hungry, so I reverted back to their normal brand. I don't know why they won't touch it, it looks fine, and the bits were small enough for them. Perhaps it's because they just are used to their normal brand and they prefer it. However, I didn't let it go to waste. I asked my doggie friends if anyone could use it and a friend who has a Bassett hound said their dog Amber loves it and they would love it. So, amber is a very happy doggy

Happy small dog!
4/5

My dog has been a take it or leave it type when it comes to dry food. I feed her wet food morning and night and leave dry food available through out the day if she fancies it. Usually there is some left in the dish come time to feed in the evening.
Initially she cleared the bowl of dry food along with her wet pouches, almost as if it would be taken away. As the trial went on she resorted back to eating her wet food, snacking on some dry food and then leaving some in the bowl. As the trial has continued she has become ambivalent to the food again with the same attitude , sorry!! I had some of her old dry food left so I did an experiment, I put both dry foods down for her to see which one she ate. She ate the Bakers so result in the end!! The other dry food remained ignored so I fed it to my collies who had no such reservations.
In summary my dog isn't that enamored with dry food and never has been BUT when given the chance to eat her old dry food and Bakers she chose Bakers every time!! Success even if my dog is a fussy madam!

Delicious!
5/5

Our little Cocker spaniel can be a fuss pot with food. He generally eyes all food a bit suspiciously! He is normally fed dry food but we tried this instead of his usual brand. He loved it and ate each and every meal without leaving any. They are nice small pieces so ideal for small dogs. It actually smelt quite nice too, some dried dog food smells disgusting!
