My girl Stella is normally very treat fussy and loyal to rawhide style treats and won't usually touch softer chewy treats. However, from the moment i opened the bag she was sharking around my feet at the cheesy bacon treats so of course I gave in!
She's been receiving one as a treat for being good during the day when she isn't allowed out with other animals and has been noticeably more patient during daytimes.
I will absolutely be purchasing these again as they now seem to be the treat of choice! My only criticism is that they don't leave her with the most pleasant breath, but then again nor do most other treats!
My dog got so excited as soon as she saw the packet of Bakers Whirlers Bacon and Cheese flavour in my hand. She could smell them and knew they were for her. She sat down tail wagging, I could see the excitement in her. I just wish they lasted longer, two gulps and it’s gone. She would eat the whole packet in one go if I would let her. She now looks forward to her treat every day and gives me that look please can I have Whirler, i’ve been a good girl.
Me and my dog tia where so happy to receive the bacon and cheese, flavour whirlers. I had seen this flavour many times in the store but was never sure if my dog would like them, so I often walked past. When I took the bag out of the baker's box my dog was so excited, she was even trying to pull the treat bag out of my hands! When the bag is open they smell really strong of bacon, this helps to get my dog excited too! The strong smell also helps when playing games with my dog as she can sniff them out. My dog really enjoys these as a treat after dinner and jumps around the minute I get them out for her. I love seeing the look on my dogs face when she is enjoying herself.
From the moment I opened the packet, Frank, my dog, was really exited and sniffing the air! Whirlers are ideal sized treats for my Staffy as they are not too big (I like to keep him trim!). They smell convincingly like bacon although not sure about the cheese. They have a lovely chewy texture and the twists keep him chewing rather than gulping it down in one go. All round a great treat and there are plenty in the packet to keep him going. Nice little fun treats that also give an energy boost. Frank loves them and I really enjoy watching him eat them!
