Feed puppies less than 3 months of age 3 to 4 daily feedings of moistened food.
After 3 months of age, gradually reduce moistening and feed 3 times per day.
From 6-12 months, provide 2 daily feedings. Each puppy is different, depending on his activity level and body condition, food amount may need to be adjusted. For more details please check the brand website.
Feeding during gestation and lactation: During the last 3 to 4 weeks of pregnancy and while nursing, food allowances should be increased 1.5 to 2 fold maintenance levels.
After weaning, the mother’s food should be adjusted to maintain her at an ideal body condition.
For adult toy dogs feed daily 35g for a 1 kg dog, 75g for 3kg dog and 110g for a 5 kg dog.
Clean, fresh water should be available at all times. To monitor your dog’s health, consult a veterinary surgeon regularly.
Introduce BETA gradually over 7 days.

I find the feeding guide confusing, My puppy weight at adult should be 24kg and it says at 3 months feed it 195g then at 5 months 245g and at 8 months 345g but what about in between stages? do I slowly add more until i reach the next stage? I didn't do this for my puppy at the beginning, I started at 100g and continued with 100g until he was 3 months before increasing the food and he became under-weight. I think it needs to be made clearer, I have read numerous sites and I am not the only one who has not understood the Purina feeding guide, resulting in under-weight puppies. Maybe someone can explain it please. My puppy likes the food Thank you
I bought this item on a recommendation from a shop assistant who specialises in pet food. We had tried other brands both cheaper and more expensive but these seem to irritate my puppies digestive track causing loose bowel movements. My puppy is a lot more content since we started using beta puppy food. The puppy is thriving on Beta puppy food and nothing goes to waste .
My puppy loves this food, it's is all he has ever had and it is gone in no time every day.
Our new puppy been eating dry at his breeders home .... we tried n tried for few weeks to get him to eat the same and others with and without water ..... we gave him this and he loves it .... doubled his weight in four weeks of being on it .... he loves it both wet and dry .... his coat is shinny and glossy n his toilet is fully formed ..... I can’t recommend this enough .... he will defo be going over to the adult in 6months
