My dog is a bichon x and the kibble is too big for her. We had to put them in a sandwich bag and break them up for her. Once this was done she really enjoyed it.
It was quite a change from the wet dog food. Dog refused to recognise it as a meal at first and not a big bowl of treats. My dog now enjoys the food and eats it all. Seems to be happy on the food, but still robs human food at any opportunity so no change in eating pattern.
