My little princess Pibble is a very fussy old man! I’m sure he thinks he is human, he will ignore his bowl of food all day hoping and wishing that someone will give him some scraps of food. If that doesn’t happen he will finally go and eat his food that’s been sat there all day just before bedtime.
Currently he is fed on a mixture of wet and dry dog food and like I’ve said he would much prefer human food so going forward with this campaign I was not confident that he would eat it.
Well lo and behold the very first day of the campaign he sat at my feet with his big brown eyes watching my every move. I set the bowl on the floor and had to have several attempts at getting a photo without his head in the bowl! But I got there in the end! he then went and ate the whole bowl!!! Completely unheard of. So let’s start the review;
I was happy to see that there were no added colourants I don’t understand why the are used in other brands? On opening the bag I was surprised not to be hit by the normal dog food smell, the pieces of food were the perfect size for little mouths. Also the added bonus of having the specially formulated dental care. I think the biggest thing I can say is that my picky little princess gave it a massive thumbs up, so if he’s happy I’m happy.
