Have been feeding my beagle on this for a month now and he loves it - he is also more alert and active since being on it - I would recommend this food to everyone with an older dog
I have been feeding my 9 year old dog. He loves the flavour and texture of the food. I’m very happy because he is really fussy. I have definitely noticed a difference in the behaviour. He's got a lot of energy and a lovely glossy coat now. At meal times he now rushes to his dog bowl and laps up the food. When we walking, he’s a lot faster. He wants to play a lot more and he is happier. I have a puppy again. My daughter love it. She plays with him all day. I would definitely recommend this food and I’ll buy it again and again.
I have been feeding my dog pro plan for a month now, he is 11, not far off 12.
He seemed to really enjoy it for the first couple of days, wolfing it down, but after that he seemed to lose interest and had to be encouraged to finish his bowl. As for the advertised improvements in activity level and brain function, I haven't noticed any difference at all unfortunately
First of all, yes this is more expensive than normal dog food. However, has added nutrients and benefits for the older dog to try and help maintain their normal health. It is a complete dry dog food, and our dog seems to love it. Not missing previously having had both wet and dry dog food at the same time.
