Feeding guide
One sachet of PRO PLAN FortiFlora can be used daily on a long-term basis. Give 1 sachet of PRO PLAN FortiFlora every day, sprinkled on top of the regular food, until at least 1 week after the return to normal stool quality. To reduce flatulence in dogs, give 1 sachet of PRO PLAN FortiFlora every day for at least 2 weeks.
To help support immune system function, give 1 sachet of PRO PLAN FortiFlora every day. When feeding to restore intestinal microflora balance due to antibiotic use, give 1 sachet of PRO PLAN FortiFlora every day during the antibiotic course and for 1 week after the last dose of antibiotic. Ideally, PRO PLAN Fortiflora should be given at least 2 hours apart from any antibiotics.

Major increase in dogs appetite and eats all of his biscuits! Will be buying again for both dogs! Only issue it made my dog poo more than he normally would but definately a happy doggy!
First an introduction to Barnie the bichon… He’s 13 years young with one, heart failure and osteoarthritis. As you can imagine, this makes him not the most active pup in the park as he gets tired pretty quickly even though he loves his walks. After the week trialling the probiotic, there was a noticeable difference in his playfulness and bouncibility. He seemed more active and wanting play, getting excited when his lead gets picked up.
To top it off, he’s one of the fussiest eaters I know, turning his nose 9/10 times someone offers him a treat. Initially I was a little worried about adding trying out the probiotic in case it put him off his food. But nope! He scoffed the lot without even a look, making this ideal for those fussy eaters that need the boost.
I highly recommend this product if you are wanting to give your pooch that extra boost for them to get back to their bright selves.
I tried this for my dog thinking it would help with his digestion but there wasn’t any difference and he still struggled. My dog is 8 years old and he has a very sensitive stomach. He can’t digest meat, wet food or anything new basically. I wanted to try this because i want to broaden his foods as he gets older. I finished the trial sachets and then gave him some chicken. Unfortunately it didn’t work for him and he was still poorly even at the end of the trial.
Bert is old and has a few gas issues. Well a lot of gas issues really and sharing a room with him is sometimes not so much fun. The Purina Pro Plan Forti Flora sachets have made a huge difference to his gut issues and his enjoyment of eating. There is now much less tummy grumbling and much less gas. The sachets are so easy to mix with his normal wet food and Bert enjoys eating it. He seems to have got his appetite back since adding the sachets to his food, and is enjoying the taste, and I also think the good smell is helping too. I have been giving it once a week. I would like to see some more instructions in the pack but other than that we are very happy. It’s so good to see our old boy with a better appetite and it’s made it more of a pleasure to cuddle up to him and the air is generally much better! We will be definitely using this as a permanent food additive and I very much recommend this product.
