The initial recommended period of use is 3 to 8 weeks. If signs of allergy or intolerance resolve, the diet can initially be fed up to one year, although it is complete and balanced for long term use where appropriate. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. For dogs over 70 kg: for each additional 5 kg of body weight, feed an additional 1/3 can of HA food. Suitable for puppies over 14 weeks of age. Puppy feeding guides are based on estimated adult body weight. Water should always be available.

This food transformed the life of our Poodle. After spending thousands at the vets with a very poorly dog we started using this food about a year ago and almost immediately she was better albeit still on steroids . We cant get the wet food now and have tried using just the dried which is apparently exactly the same ingredients - her digestion and poos are the same but she is now drinking a lot and wee'ing in the house! I called Purina this morning and they advised the wet food would be back in production sometime in Feb. They had stopped production because of "cosmetic issues".
