I’m in total agreement with lots of the reviews on Winalot Shapes, not a patch on the original ones. Also, please tell me why a company as big as yours, hasn’t yet made the packaging recyclable, shameful, and especially when in Pets at Home they have gone up from £3-49 to £5-49 per bag.

not happy with change
1/5

Suddenly you cant buy the traditional coloured shapes , they must also taste bland as my dogs dont like them now - where are the 'charcoal ' one's which are expecially good for digestion

What have you changed??
1/5

I picked up a bag of these without paying much attention as I have been buying Winalot Shapes for my dogs for over 30 years. .When I opened the bag I noticed that the coloured biscuits are now gone and replaced with various shades of brown. I thought, fair enough so the colours have gone, but it’s not just that. What have you done to the recipe? My dogs have had the runs ever since we’ve had these ones and nothing else in their diet has changed. I really disappointed. One of the reasons I would buy my dogs these was because they did not upset their tummies as other dog treats did. I won’t be buying them again. Absolutely gutted.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THESE BISCUITS?
2/5

We have been giving these treats to our various dogs since 2004. They used to be substantial biscuits with proper charcoal ones which they all loved. Now they seem lighter virtually no charcoal, lots of ‘white’ ones and you need more of them where previously a couple of treats would have been sufficient. Like others have commented these biscuits are not the same anymore. Can we have the original biscuits back please
