Greetings from Margo
French Bulldog, 6 Months old
My favourite thing about Margo is...
There is never a dull day when Margo is around, she has a big personality and always makes us laugh. She has a gentle nature and LOVES to cuddle.
The biggest challenge with Margo is...
The biggest challenge was definitely crate training, although this will be the same with every puppy, there were lots of sleepless nights but with some persistence and tired mornings we got there in the end and it is definitely worth doing!
The most surprising thing about owning a French Bulldog is...
Frenchies are very affectionate and loving. They have very gentle personalities. As far as dog breeds go they're pretty lazy and love snoozing. Margo enjoys her walks but is not too bothered if she ends up missing one.
What I wish I’d known about French Bulldogs is...
One thing to note is that French Bulldogs are prone to suffering from a wide range of health conditions, especially ones associated with their flat faces. Insurance is a must and doing your research/ choosing a responsible breeder is key.
Did you know?
In the majority of cases, French Bulldogs can’t swim because of their short snouts, which cause their body to tilt backward to keep their nose and mouth above water, and their large heads and short legs make it difficult for them to stay afloat.
