My small chihuahua been advised by vet to lose some weight so product testing for lighter version of dry food came along perfect timing. She enjoyed the taste and smell of the turkey flavour food, however she struggled with the bites size. The biscuits are actually too big for a small bread dogs and for Misia to enjoy the taste I noticed she had to soften the bites any leaking them, then she was able to bite them. She was also choosing smaller bites first and tend to leave bigger in the bowl. I would rate the product highly for it’s smell and taste, unfortunately the bites could be smaller
My dog loved this product so much, she can be fussy about her food so it was great to see her happy eating. Often food is left or she is not interested but this product left her wanting more. I would definitely purchase this product again for her and it's made dog walking easier to pick her poo up as it seems to settle her stomach.
I like the different sized kibble, as did my 'dustbin' dog. She actually seemed to taste it instead of just swallowing as quickly as possible. I managed to get her to eat 2 meals properly before disaster struck. The following day, I returned home to find the living room door open and both 'dustbin' dog and my fussy 'theif' dog greeted me at the door. Upstairs was what was left of the bag and no food left. They could have stolen anything from the kitchen, but the only wanted the Beta. As much as I'm not impressed with their antics, I'm glad they really enjoyed it. No change in behaviour, no reaction to food, just a couple of happy dogs, proud of their acheivement. No proto unfortunately... they didn't give me a chance!
My dog(Cooper) loved this dry food. We noticed he was losing some weight by being on this food, he has a very sensitive stomach but this food did not irritate him in any way, we got compliments on his shiney coat and everyone noticed he looked thinner. I highly recommend this dog food, I will be buying this food again.
