My dog phoebe has always been a bit of hit and a miss when it comes to dry biscuits, so I have always added wet food in with it, but this is probably the only type of biscuits that she is happy to devour without the aid of wet food l.
She always finishes her bowl within minutes of me feeding her.
I think this is the best biscuits she had ever had.
So glad my dog got to try this dog food. Huge bag. Decent sized chunks, not too big but not tiny either so he has to do some chewing. We had kept him on a mix of wet and dry food for far too long and up to now we were not able to get him to eat dry food by itself. As soon as I scooped up this new food, he went crazy. Obviously loved the smell even before it went into the bowl. It's not smelly to us humans though.
After a couple of weeks he is now eating this food exclusively and is looking great on it. Shiny coat and loads of energy. He did have a lot of gas for a few days when transitioning but that seems to have settled. The cat likes to steal the odd chunk too.
Having a spaniel takes a lot of maintenance and this food really helps ensure he is getting all the nutrients whilst being good for his sensitive tummy. He dives straight in to eating with a wagging tail and doesn't lose his energy throughout the day and it doesn't give him an upset tummy. The biscuits are a really good size and he doesn't leave any, they are all eaten in one go. I like that they are specific for large and active dogs and that they are packed with goodness. I think we will continue using these biscuits as we have noticed he is having better bowel movements and seems to enjoy them so much
I am doggy mammy to bonnie age 6 , she is an XL bulldog and very active . We have been very surprised at how much more energy bonnie has had since changing her food. Bonnie would normally not enjoy a dry food only diet but this food stays quite moist and she really enjoys it . The bigest change I would have to say is her muscle tone! Wow she has lost the excess fat we have been trying to our best to walk off and her body shape is now amazing . We would never of believed a food would have such a big impact on her physically but also mentally as she is overall so much more playful and energetic. I am so happy I have found a food that meets my dogs needs and makes her get the most out of life. Bonnie has found her favourite forever food ! Thanks Purina
