So let me start by saying my poor pooch has been on a diet of a HA food which is meant to be fish flavour but smells and looks like puffed wheat due to him being highly allergic to some food (I think chicken) but the vets are unsure. So for him to try this salmon food for sensitive skin was such a treat for him! Now, salmon has omega 3 which Frenchies lack. He scoffed the whole bowl and laid after totally content. It looks like food, it smells like food and I would buy again.
Mavies absolutely loves it. She’s always been a picky eater, her skin is very sensitive to what certain food so what she can eat is limited. She absolutely loved it, I’ve noticed her skin isn’t dry anymore, and her fur seems to be more shiny. This convinced me to switch to Purina Pro Plan. Seeing my girl eating her food with no issue.

I like to feed Max dry dog food like purina pro plan as it has essential ingredients that support his needs.
The last few days I’ve noticed Max hasn’t been nibbling at his skin and his coat is shinier and healthier looking and the best condition it’s been in a while.
The food is rich in salmon that is an excellent protein for sensitive skin and promotes healthy joints. It’s also good for sensitive stomachs and doesn’t give Max fish breath like some dog foods have.
It’s specially formulated for large breeds like akitas that helps their joints with no added colours.
I would recommend this dog food and will be buying it for Max when he’s finished this bag.
