My fussy collie seems to enjoy the Purina Pro Plan Optibalance Chicken kibble. He didn’t hesitate to eat his dinner when I started him on this food and gave it a good sniff before he started to eat it! I particularly the packaging and the ingredients all look high quality. I also like the shape and size of the kibble and I think that helps the collie chew up his food a bit more than he normally does so that’s a big positive so far for me and the colour of the kibble is much darker than his normal biscuits so that might be the ingredients but I prefer the colour.
My dog absolutely loved this you can smell the flavour and healthiest of the biscuits . Was gentle on his stomach he ate the whole bowl and slept like a baby on a full stomach . Trying a new food with Louie has always been a concern but his digestion has become a lot better I notice his energy levels are better during walks because he is eating a food that is good for him and is generally a happy dog his toilets are more healthy since the change to pro plan dog food . A big change I have noticed is his appearance he seems to be looking a whole lot healthier than he was o. His previous dog food .
The Purina Pro plan optibalance has gone done a treat. My dog Ollie absolutely loved it and could not get enough of it. To be honest it does smell pretty good. The size of the pieces are perfect too and has a nice texture. I will definitely be getting some more of this. If you have a dog that loves the good stuff, then try this as it is a big hit.
It has now been a few days since trying the product and I can say that not only has Ollie gained some energy, he has also got a super shine and smooth coat. He goes mad when he hears the bag coming out so looks like it is a big hit and will now be replacing his previous food.
I’m so pleased with this food. My dog had gone off her other food and I was unsure what I would move her to. She ate this with gusto every day, and was excited at meal times rather than sniffing her old food and wandering off. I’m going to buy more of this for her. Well done purina.
The only thing that is slightly annoying is the need to weigh the food each day to get the right amount. A handy scoop would be a bonus.
