Where have the colours gone?
1/5

Been using these biscuits for years and today I open the box and they’ve gone from their usual colours to a beige washout!
No charcoal biscuit either!
My dog has stomach issues so I’m concerned now that the change in formulation will affect her gut.
Hope this isn’t a permanent change

Bring back the old Shapes please!!!!
1/5

My cocker spaniel has loved Shapes for 12 years. He is now on special food for his digestion and Shapes were the only biscuit that didn't upset his tummy. That was until you changed the recipe. He can't eat the new ones. Do you have any of the old ones lying around? It would make an old doggy very waggy.

Not happy!!
1/5

Bought my usual Shapes but purchased two bags. First bag was normal colours. Second bag was “wow!!” What have you done to our Shapes. Nasty beige colours no charcoal .Gave my dogs their usual amount yesterday. Today I have three dogs with diahorria!! Why change something that has worked for 50 plus years. The new flavours are crap as my dogs found out. Will not be recommending them to anyone. Now I have to find a different treat to give them. You should be ashamed, you have brought down the brand name of Shapes to the dustbin. Because that’s where my 1.8kg bag is going!! Disgusting!!!

Why have your biscuits changed!
1/5

Just got a new box of Shapes. I’ve always bought Shapes as they contain the 5 varieties, including Omega 3 and charcoal. Why have they changed? Cheaper to make? But not cheaper for us! I will look for other brands now that contain the charcoal biscuits my dog needs and lovess
