Shape biscuits
1/5

Why have you changed these biscuits I have been buying 15kilo boxes every few months and this last lot I've opened the colours have changed upset my dogs stomachs and they are not keen on these now. I have had to stop giving them and am now stuck with a 15kilo box I cannot use which is a waste if money I am now going to have to find an alternative biscuit and I won't be purchasing these again

Beige biscuits
1/5

Bought these because I’d run out of Shapes and my dog won’t eat anything else. I understand that your trying to make them better but my dog won’t eat these new recipe. He loves the charcoal but now walks away when I offer him one of these beige biscuits. Nasty.

I have a 15 year old cocker spaniel, he loved the old shapes. The new ones give him an upset stomach now and he’s not at all keen. Why have these changed? I will now have to find my spaniel an alternative. I won’t be buying these again.

Why change recipe!!
1/5

Bought bag of Shapes and thought they were off due to no colour in the biscuits, but now checking online I now see other customers reviewing changed biscuits. My shih tzu who has digestive problems loves and has eaten Shapes for years which agreed with her, but no any more..she won't eat the new recipe. What ingrdients have changed?, Would also appreciate if full list of ingredients could be advised on labelling..not listed as derivitives etc which always rings alarm bells !!!
