WOW!!!
4/5

Teddy is a picky eater , so day 1 he’s ate it all , soon as the bowl was put down straight in . Normally he would on his usual food have a few mouthfuls and then just leave it . At the moment it’s going really well .
As you can see from the photo - packaging is eye catching , promotes all the nutrients within the food , and really colourful . It would certainly catch my eye on the shelf in a supermarket or pet shop .
The food considering its salmon smells quite nice , it’s not to strong , as I was worried the house would smell of fish , the texture of the food is not that hard , Teddy is finding it really easily to eat .
At the moment the trial is going ok we are now on day 2 , Teddy as of yet hasnt finished a full bowl of this food but he has certainly none gone of it like he normally does with food and as soon as I put his food down he is straight in.
I’m not sure if this is coincidence but he has sensitive skin and does scratch but since eating the food this has calmed down quite a lot .
I shall monitor this over the next few days as it’s hard to say at the moment .
But from starting this trial it’s very positive from my point of view and Teddy seems to be enjoying it aswell .

So we tried this and was really excited as I have a bulldog it’s known they have skin issues at times, I started using this mixed on the first day with her normal food to prevent an upset tummy, after a couple days I gave her purely purina fry food. Firstly I can’t say it helped her skin as with only a 2kg bag we only made it a week with it so couldn’t say it helped her in that sense, she seemed to enjoy the flavour though and did eat all of her meals with no tummy upsets when using purina she did struggle with the bigger biscuits having an overbite they’d fall out her mouth a lot but bully’s are messy munchers lol

Overall she did enjoy it and would definitely repurchase to see if it helps her skin as it certainly helped her tummy over a longer time frame :)

Not an immediate hit.
5/5

There's a little bit of difference in size of the biscuits, compared to his usual brand.. so he knew from looking at his dinner bowl that something was different.
However, after trying some, he realised that the flavour was almost the same, so he tucked in and cleared his bowl, as usual.

I thought at first the new biscuits may have upset his stomach, as he was windier than normal.. but that turned out to be because the little girl next door had given him some blueberries, a few more than I would normally have let him have. But no harm done.

Overall, I think Barney is really enjoying the Purina Beta with Prebiotic, and I see no reason to change it.

Great for sensitive tums and intolerances
4/5

As an owner of two Basset hounds, good quality food is high on my priorities. Whilst my two girls are obsessed by food, they both have very sensitive tummies and one is intolerant to chicken. The salmon flavour was ideal for them both and they really enjoyed eating it. I did wonder how they would get on with the size of the pieces as they were much larger than their usual dry food but they seemed to love the extra crunch. An added bonus was that it took them a bit longer to eat! They can tend to guzzle their food and upset their tummy as a result so this was a definite positive. The packaging is nice and clear and fully recyclable too. All round, happy dogs and happy humans!
