Why can't I add a new payment card?

If you want to add new payment details, you’ll need to do this at the checkout stage.

Once you’ve got all your items in the basket, add your code in the box marked ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’.

How do I request a VAT receipt for an order?

If you would like a copy of your receipt containing the VAT information, please contact our Customer Service team through your account.

Can I return a product if I no longer want it?

As long as it is unopened and in good condition, yes you can.

The item I ordered is out of stock. Why is it on the website?
